As soon as you log in with your account, you will be directed to our homepage, where you will come across a never-ending list of tests.
Search for your required test; for example, we require an HR manager in our company, and as we type “HR,” you can see multiple preset tests that are available.
As we are looking for an HR Manager who is also an expert in IT, we are simply going to copy the code of the “HR-Manager IT” at the bottom.
Now that we have the code, the only thing that is left is to share the code with potential talents for this role. Simply send the code to the candidates, and they can answer a few questions that should help you find the right fit.
Our AI job description, along with the questions that are generated with the job title, is one of our core features that helps employers understand a candidate. With SAJOKI, all you have to do is write a job title, and our AI will handle the rest. Let’s see how you can do that.
Click on “Create” at the top-right of your page to start a questionnaire for your future candidates.
Enter the Job Title. Here, I am using Zoo Keeper.
You can write your own job description or Press “Tab” on your keyboard or click on “Press Tab to add suggestion” for our intellectual AI to write your description.
Click on “Generate” Test and let our AI create all the questionnaires.
The candidates will answer those intellectual questions explicitly made for that job role, and it will inform the hiring management how much a candidate is fit for that role based on their soft skills.
Now that you have successfully created a soft-skill questionnaire for a specific role, it’s time to send the test to your potential candidates.Â
Once you have filled in the job title as well as the description and hit Generate Test, you will be given a code. Simply copy the code to your clipboard and send it to your candidates.
Tip: You can paste the code to the Job Post, where candidates can directly answer the questionnaires generated to assess their skills. This excludes you from sending the code to each candidate individually.
The candidate side of SAJOKI is the simplest thing ever on the planet Earth. All they need to do is sign up with us using any of their emails or sign up directly through their Google/Apple accounts. That’s all; they will be directed to a page where it will be asking for a code.Â
The test starts as soon as the code is entered, and the candidate will need to answer some questions to get their skills assessed.
Once the questionnaires are ready and shared with the potential candidates, it’s time to compare them through their answers. Here’s how you do it;
Go to your Job profile listing.
Click on “Compare”
Select the profiles that you want to compare. The spider chart on the right should change according to it, showing all the soft skills, who excels, and who is inadequate.
Select the “Fill Spider Chart” button on the top of the spider chart to get a better and more precise grasp of the spider chart.
